On Wednesday, May 1st, the local cycling community gathered for an exciting series of races, where young and old could share their passion for cycling. From youthful enthusiasts to seasoned cyclists, the events offered something for everyone.
The action kicked off at 1:00 PM with the youth races, where young people between the ages of 8 and 14 showcased their skills and determination. Encouraged by family and friends, they pedaled resolutely around the course, a promising sight for the future of cycling.
Then, at 2:30 PM, it was time for the 'Inofec Championship of Tielt'. This recreational ride welcomed unaffiliated residents of Tielt and surrounding municipalities for a relaxed yet competitive experience. It was a celebration of community spirit and sportsmanship as participants worked together and cheered each other on.
At 4:00 PM, the excitement peaked with the start of the 'Accent Jobs Real Estate Cyclists' Race'. With participants of different levels and backgrounds, this was an opportunity for cyclists to test their skills and share their love for the sport.
