Recently, I went with a fellow photographer from Fotokring Gamma Tielt to the annual quiz of Tievolley. The hall was packed to the rafters: teams big and small, all ready to test their knowledge — and above all, to have fun.
The atmosphere was immediately good. At every table, there was laughter, whispering, brainstorming, and occasionally loud cheering. Some teams came in striking outfits, which only made the evening more colourful. The stage and hall lighting created a warm, energetic setting, perfect for capturing spontaneous moments.
From concentrated looks during difficult questions to exuberant reactions when an unexpectedly correct answer was given — it was an evening full of lively emotions. Behind the scenes, there was also a close-knit team of volunteers ensuring everything ran smoothly.
In short: a successful evening where sport, entertainment, and togetherness came together beautifully. And as a photographer, that is exactly the kind of energy you want to be in the middle of.
