MTPictures is a personal photography project by an amateur photographer from Tielt.
The website serves solely as portfolio, blog space and platform to share photos.
Photos are sometimes taken in collaboration with Fotokring Gamma Tielt, of which I am an active member.
No commercial assignments, no payments and no invoices are offered.
Use of this website
- You may freely visit the website as long as it is done in a proper manner.
- It is not permitted to distribute harmful software via this website.
- All photos and texts are the property of MTPictures and may not be reused without permission.
Non-commercial nature
- Photos are taken voluntarily, without payment or contract.
- The website has no sales function or customer portal.
Liability
- The information is compiled with care but may be incomplete or outdated.
- MTPictures is not liable for any damage arising from the use of this website.
- Photos from events are only published in accordance with privacy legislation.

Your privacy is important. MTPictures only processes data that is necessary for communication or sharing photos.

Only data that you fill in yourself:

- Phone number
- Message via the contact form
Photos taken during activities or events may contain individuals.
Storage of photos
- Photos arestored exclusively locallyon personal devices.
- No cloud storageis used (no Google Drive, Dropbox, iCloud…). gebruikt (geen Google Drive, Dropbox, iCloud…).
- Photos are only shared with consent or upon request.
- You can always request to have photos of yourself removed.
Collaboration with Fotokring Gamma Tielt
Some photos are taken during activities ofFotokring Gamma Tielt, of which I am an active member.
In that case, photos may also be shown within the club's activities (e.g. internal meeting, exhibition).
No personal data is shared, except for what is visible in the photo itself., behalve wat zichtbaar is op de foto zelf.
